The direction of the jet is to the right.
Turn the stem of the sprinkler while holding the body fast.
This adjustment must be made while the system is in operation.
The direction of the jet is to the left.
The jet of the sprinkler has a minimum angle.
This adjustment serves to increase or reduce the coverage of the sprinkler.
To set the watering angle, hold the lower part of the head and the rod still and turn the blue ring nut on the top of the head. Turn it anticlockwise to increase the angle or clockwise to decrease it.
The sprinkler delivers a wide range.
With the sprinkler in operation, turn the lower blue ring nut while holding the head and the rod still; turn anticlockwise for a longer jet, or clockwise for a shorter one.
Now the sprinkler delivers a minimum range.
If the sprinkler operation is abnormal, should the head become fouled by grit, sand, soil or other dirt, proceed as follows: holding the stem with one hand, unscrew the upper part;
take out the filter and clean it, together with the upper part of the sprinkler, under running water;
reposition the filter and reassemble the upper part of the sprinkler.
