Do not use solid or liquid fertilizers. Do not expose the Idris Spike irrigator to frost or extreme heat. Do not expose the bottle to sunlight. Clean with water, but do not use chemical solvents.
Dry thoroughly after washing. Warning: never install the drippers when they are wet as this could cause small air bubbles to form, which may interrupt irrigation.
After washing and drying the Idris Spike parts, reinsert the float in the unit, making sure the orange rubber is pointing upwards.
After the parts have been washed or when replacing the nozzle, reinsert the nozzle leaving approximately one and half turns protruding out of the unit. Warning: if the nozzle is fully inserted in the unit, no irrigation will occur.
Select the most suitable dripper for the type of plant. Autonomy with 2 l bottle: max 20 days.
Fill the plastic bottle with water.
Screw the adapter to the Idris Spike.
Screw the Idris Spike to the bottle.
Insert Idris Spike into the ground and make a small hole at the bottom of the bottle. When the bottle is empty, simply fill it up again.
